      Support dark mode in dashbuilder.

       

      A new object in YAML should allow users to configure the dashboards in a global way. The first supported field is "mode" which could have the values DARK/LIGHT.

      The mode setting should be applied for all displayers on the page and also the the layouts templates (pages) used in the dashboard
