Provide a Quarkus extension for Dashbuilder. It should:
- Dashbuilder should support dark mode, making it compatible with Quarkus theme
- Scan files from classpath with *.dash.(yaml|json) extension
- In DEV UI the dashboards should be listed and then rendered
