We are in need to automate our build and release process. That said, we need an environment that should be capable of:
- Exposing its outputs outside Red Hat VPN since an independent contributor could see the result of a PR CI run
- Run smoke tests and unit tests for operator (need an OpenShift instance) to verify PRs
- Nightly builds that support #2 and push snapshot images to a given registry
- Release the operator by building and publishing the CLI, pushing its image and manifest to Quay and open a PR to the OperatorHub
