[SW]: Implement AuthRef property for function definitions to retrieve OpenAPI Documents

    Description

      Serverless Workflow Specification v0.8 has been updated to include Auth Definitions

      This addition enables the use of Authorization for retrieval of OpenAPI/AsyncAPI yamls to be used within the Build Phase.

      Without this addition, currently there is a limitation that the OpenAPI/AsyncAPI yamls have to be present in the Kogito project to be built or have no authorisation requirements if they are to be retrieved remotely.
