Make Kogito Quarkus prometheus monitoring addon compatible with micrometer-registry-prometheus

Quarkus can utilize the Micrometer metrics library for runtime and application metrics (see here)

Current implementation of Kogito prometheus monitoring addon includes a /metrics path.
This make the extension incompatible with micrometer-registry-prometheus because it contains the same endpoint so user cannot have other metrics provided by quarkus ecosystem.
It should be possible to make Kogito addon depends on Quarkus one to expose also the metrics that are produced by Kogito.
