    Description

      Kogito monitoring is based on MicroMeter so it should be possible to let user write and produce custom metrics leveraging the API.
      The goal of this task is to create an example project (in kogito-examples) with some custom metric, fix any bug that prevent this use case and write a blogpost/guide to document it.
      NOTE: feel free to split this task in different ticket if necessary
