Stunner - identify all places where to reenable Notifications

    Description

      During migration to new Kogito Streams there wasn't a way to show notifications in BPMN Designer. Now there is exist Kogito Notifications API so it should be possible to show notifications.

      Acceptance Criteria

      Identify and report all places where we need to show Notifications to users using Notification API.
