Revert lint to version v1.37.1

    Description

      The newest lint update starts checking also deprecated functions, failing in case deprecate functionality is used.
      Due to fake client being deprecated in currently used controller-runtime package we need to revert to previous lint version, updating back to latest once https://issues.redhat.com/browse/KOGITO-4575 is fixed.
