Update controller-runtime operator dependency to latest version

    Description

      Kogito operator depends on sigs.k8s.io/controller-runtime v0.6.3 .
      We should update to newest version to keep up with community.

      Also new lint version complains about deprecated fake client brought by mentioned dependency. In newest versions the deprecation is removed.
