    Description

      Right now Kogito operator can create an Infinispan of Kafka instances based on KogitoInfra CR (when a user doesn't specify the name of any existing resource).

      This functionality was intended for development purposes only as it creates only minimal CRs.
      To prevent user confusion and to further decouple Kogito operator from other operators we should remove this functionality, leaving the creation of Infinispan and Kafka instances only on users.
