Add Infinispan/Kafka YAML to example YAML's

Currently, the example YAML's we have in the operator involving Infinispan/Kafka link to their docs to setup their servers. Instead, we can integrate the YAML from their docs in our own examples for convenience. The operator YAML's in the Kogito examples also need to be updated to have an example 3rd party YAML.
