      Currently, we are running our PR checks on AWS Jenkins which are highly unstable and many times cause PR failures related to the openshift cluster. The purpose of this story is to prepare GH action on which we can use KIND cluster to run our tests. Also, we won't have trivial problems like exposing the logs as all things will be on GH actions
