After closing KOGITO-2236, now the operator needs to create Knative resources when a custom Kogito service would consume and publish CloudEvents over HTTP. See: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9HyWhpOdwFk
For the Serverless Workflow story, we would need:
1. The operator to be aware of the Events definition: https://github.com/serverlessworkflow/specification/blob/master/specification.md#Event-Definition
2. Create the Knative resources (SinkBinding/Trigger) for the specific event definition
