Support for Kubernetes Builds on Operator

    Description

      It should be possible to use Buildah (https://github.com/containers/buildah/blob/master/docs/tutorials/01-intro.md) to support building images on Kubernetes clusters. Aside from giving Kubernetes support for Kogito Services builds, Serverless Orchestration would use this if an user would use a Kogito "function" in the workflow, which is supposed to be supported on k8s.
