Update RHDM and RHPAM dependency references and versions

Description

    Reference updates:

    • cct_module sprint-28 to sprint-31
    • jboss-eap-modules sprint-28 to sprint-33
    • jboss-eap7-image EAP_720 to EAP_721_CR2

    Version updates:

    • JDK 8 to 11
    • EAP 7.2.0 to 7.2.1.CR2

    Update repercussions:

    • Module path (cacher) artifacts to plain (brew) artifacts
    • Replace EAP AMQ adapter module in cct_module (1.0) with jboss-eap-modules module (1.1)
    • Removal of hawkular install (it is not compatible with JDK 11) and replace with warning message
