Add Prometheus config to EAP-based RHDM and RHPAM 7 images

      The following should be added to the image.yaml files to provide the prometheus jmx exporter configuration:

      • name: jboss.container.eap.prometheus.config
        version: '7.2'

      Additionally, PROMETHEUS_SERVER_EXT_DISABLED should be exposed on the kieserver instances.

      NOTE: This is tech-preview for 7.3.0.GA.
