When prow runs the test automation, the results need to be stored and retrieved.

Right now, there is a manual spreadsheet with a URL to the prow job and information about date, build, provider, OCP, SUCCESS/ERROR.

The stored URL was able to be used to work on Detect Issues to Test Operation and a Claude AI prompt in The Prowjob anayzer tool

In order to scale, we will need to automatically add prowjob information, logs and a simple SUCCESS/ERROR.

The stored information can be analyzed for bugs by human and AI.

When a bug is created in Jira, the prowjob URL can be linked and provide the developer the OSC specific must-gather and all other collected logs about the cluster.
