Why is this important?

• The CI systems will need features to enable scale to keep up with development

Scenarios

1. Continuing work on builds in Konflux
   1. rust support
   2. MVP build
2. Continuing work on cluster creation with prow
   1. enabling more casual users
   2. creating trustee installs
      1. cluster to test trustee
      2. trustee service for coco testing
   3. bare metal installs
3. Testing
   1. automatic tests running after cluster creation
   2. OCP test automation is moving away
      1. allow us to fork what we have so we keep access
   3. baremetal test support
   4. gathering test results
      1. creating base report with SUCCESS/ERROR
      2. To further analyze the report manually and with AI
   5. Generate bug reports with logs and analysis

Acceptance Criteria 

(The Epic is complete when...)

1. When things need to transition to a new Epic 
2. When the test step in prow can run from forks of the main test
3. When prowjobs automatically gather its URL, input parameters and SUCCESS/ERROR
4. When gathered prowjob info can be analyzed and further train models
5. ..
