with changes if any to resolve the gaps.

Why this matters

HCP enablement for OSC is crucial for confidential containers to be working seamlessly on public clouds and also on Bare Metal with OpenShift in the hosted control plane mode. This mode helps customers to run their multi-tenant cloud native workloads efficiently on OpenShift platforms.{}

Successful implementation of OSC on ARO's HCP mode as per the existing solution we have.
