      Goal

      The objective of this epic is to develop a daemonset based deployment mode for OSC product that decouples the dependency on MachinConfig Operator (MCO) in the SCP mode of OpenShift and can seamlessly work with HCP mode. 

      Why this matters

      The daemonset based approach is foundational in decoupling Kata RPM deployments from MCO so that OSC can seamlessly work on OCP in HCP mode. As customers increasingly leverage OCP in HCP mode for managing mult-tenant clusters, it is critical for OSC to support HCP mode.
