In order to have the driver working with GPU in Confidential:
1. Driver version should be 570.172.08 or higher (see this )
2. RHEL 10 has to be used (to meet Nvidia's 6.9 kernel requirements)

As currently there's no known intention Nvidia will support RHEL 10, some efforts are taken in order to build the kernel modules in konflux. 
We will prefer to use these rather to build the kmod pkgs or to install driver using runfile.
