Epic Goal

Developing and integrating the building blocks to support confidential GPUs as part of the CoCo bare metal offering (dev-preview level support)
This will include changes on the host, guest, k8s/OpenShift, GPU operator, CoCo, Trustee etc...
This work should be aligned with the following upstream effort: https://github.com/confidential-containers/confidential-containers/issues/278

Why is this important?

Multiple customers are requesting the support for confidential GPUs
By offering an early dev-preview release we can interact with those customers, identify problems early and in general, fail fast as we move the solution to tech-preview and GA
