This feature is to track the metrics enablement work for peer-pods. There are two aspects 

1. pod metrics
2. pod VM metrics

There is kata-monitor daemonset that is responsible for exposing pod metrics. Further there is kata-metrics that exposes generic metrics specific to kata-remote runtimeclass - https://github.com/openshift/sandboxed-containers-operator/pull/461

We'll need to decide what additional pod VM metrics are useful and if those can be exposed via kata-metrics

The main goal is to have those metrics available in Prometheus, so that they can be queried by the user.

Additionally, we may want to make those metrics visible in our existing dashboard in Openshift and/or in the dashboard for the ARO support team.
