We pulled these features in via rebase, but given the importance and buzz around PQC we should test to confirm that everything is working as expected in the release before promoting the feature in our product documentation.

This task can be considered blocked by the outcome of JWS-3825 to have some clear docs on how to use it, and probably JWS-3826 (once there's a unit test its much easier to verify).
