      Apache Tomcat can enable the PQC features in 3-ish (one is incomplete) ways. It can use the tomcat-native library or the Java FFM API (in Java 22+) to interface with OpenSSL and utilize the features, or it can use the JDK's feature set which is incomplete until Java 29.
