Create counter command fails withing the Batch CR on OpenShift

    Description

      Operator batch tests fail on create counter command within the batch:

      create counter --concurrency-level=1 --initial-value=5 --storage=VOLATILE --type=weak batch-counter

      Opposed to bare metal where the command works in the cloud the counter is not created and empty error message is outputted.
