While working on ~~JBWS-2940~~, it becomes clear that the Native soap model can run into minor changes in the namespace prefixes during processing. While the message remains valid, signature/encryption verification can fail because of that. We should ensure no model transition happens during the ws-security impl signature/encryption processing.
