    Description

      If the completion coordinator is is asked to commit or rollback a transaction using a context which contains an unknown participant id it tries to send a fault back to the client. It tries to use the endpoint associated with the participant to create the proxy used for the reply. Only there ain't none. It should create a proxy using the address data.
