The Spring quickstarts were disabled because they needed a jakarta version of spring and a jakarta version of the 'spring-boot-starter-jta-narayana' dependency wasn't available. When the dependency does become available they should be re-enabled.

When Jakarta versions of these modules become available we should re-enable the quickstarts.
