Spring quickstarts need to be disable because they need a jakarta version of spring and a jakarta version of the dependency 'spring-boot-starter-jta-narayana' not available at the time being.
Also quickstarts needing 'narayana-tomcat' dependency should be disabled since there is not a jakarta version of the dependency at the moment.
