Stunner - Keep Properties panel state during asset switching

      1. Create a new process
      2. Ensure that properties panel is open
      3. Navigate to the project using breadcrumbs (do not close the process)
      4. Create a new DMN diagram
      5. Open previously created process using dropdown menu

      Properties panel is closed.

      Issue was found during DROOLS-4772 review. If user switch between stunner assets (DMN, BPMN), the properties panel is always collapsed after returning to the asset. Even if it was expanded before leaving the editor. See the attached video.
