Stunner - Properties panel is not opened after clicking on "Minimize panel" button

      1. Create process.
      2. Ensure the properties panel is opened.
      3. Click on (Maximize panel to fit full screen).
      4. Click on (Minimize panel to its previous size).

      Actual result

      Properties panel is closed.

    Description

      By clicking on "Minimize panel to its previous size" button, properties panel is not opened back in case it was opened before.

      Note, it already works for alerts panel in this way.
      The behaviour should be the same for Properties panel.

      Test scenarios:

      All scenarios below should be tested with:

      • Alerts opened and closed.
      • Project explorer opened and closed.
      • In full screen mode and classic mode (no full screen).
      • Individually include and exclude these steps after the first step when panel is maximized:
        • Open Properties panel.
        • Open Explore Diagram panel.
        • Open Properties panel and immediately after that open Explore Diagram panel.
        • Open Explore Diagram panel and immediately after that open Properties panel.

      Scenarios

      • Properties panel is closed:
        1. Maximize panel.
        2. Minimize panel.
      • Explore Diagram panel is closed:
        1. Maximize panel.
        2. Minimize panel.
