Proposal info for message bundles in code completion for EL

Details

    • An information window for expression language message bundles now exists, similarly as it does for tooltips. This information allows a user to easily identify the current value of a resource being used within code and where the resource is coming from.
    • Documented as Feature Request

    Description

      It would be nice if we show an info window for EL proposals for message bundles. The same info what we show in tooltips. See JBIDE-9731 for details.
