Tooltip for EL referenced to message bundles

Details

    • A new feature has been implemented that produces tool-tips for expression language that references message bundles. The tool-tip provided functions in a similar manor to those already provided for expression language that references Java code.
    • Documented as Feature Request

    Description

      So far JBT shows tooltips only for ELs referenced to java.
      Let's add tooltips for message bundles too.
      For example the tooltip for #{msgs.propertyA} will show the path to the message bundle resource.
      Tooltip for #

      {msgs.*propertyA*}

      will show the path to the message bundle resource and the property name and value (or all of them if there are a few locals with the same property?)
