      1) Run Eclipse with Hibernate tools plugins bundle;
      1a) Make sure nothing is selected
      2) New Hibernate XML Mapping file (hbm.xml);
      3) Select some class or some package
      4) Press Next - "Finish" button disabled - screenshot;

      Workaround: Select something in the package explorer first.
