Handle Accept SSL Dialog coming from OpenShift connection in Internal Eclipse browser

      1. Start CRC
      2. Login to local openshift cluster via Openshift App. Explorer
      3. Use developer/developer creds.
      4. In preferences, setup to use internal Browser (General -> Web Browser)
      5. Call Open Console context menu on openshift connection.
      6. Assert: internal browser is opened for given crc/openshift console api to let user to login, more user friendly certificate dialog is being shown
      Actual result: Invalid certificate dialog

      Opening Context menu item "Open Console" over CRC based Openshift Connection in OpenShift Application Explorer throws invalid certificate dialog when using internal browser (Eclipse internal browser).

      This could fall to upstream/crc side as well to provide self-signed certificate at least.
