SSO login fails but one can still "Next" and "Finish" in the "Login to Red Hat Developer Sandbox" wizard

      Steps:

      1. EXEC: launch OpenShift connection wizard
      2. EXEC: hit link "Red Hat Developer Sandbox"
      3. ASSERT: wizard "Login to Red Hat Developer Sandbox" and on top the SSO login wizard pop up
      4. EXEC: make SSO login fail (see JBIDE-27895) and close the SSO wizard

      Result:
      "Login to Red Hat Developer Sandbox" has "Next" and "Finish" enabled even though SSO login failed.
