ClassNotFoundException due to JBIDE-26164 in CDK/OpenShift tooling

    Description

      There is ClassNotFoundException thrown while working with CDK/Openshift tooling, that is caused by not changed package name for class attribute in plugin.xml that does no correspond with package renaming made in JBIDE-26164.

      This was not changed: https://github.com/jbosstools/jbosstools-openshift/blob/master/plugins/org.jboss.tools.openshift.cdk.server/plugin.xml#L357

      I am not sure how about other plugins within openshift repo. adietish@redhat.com dare to take a look and check the rest of them?
