ASSERT: make sure that you have an application running in OpenShift

ASSERT: make sure that you have properties view opened

EXEC: select your service in explorer

EXEC: in Properites: select "Deployments" tab and inspect Misc > Replicas

ASSERT: replicas is set to "1 current / 1 desired"

EXEC: in Explorer: pick "Scale > Up" in the context menu of your service

ASSERT: bug (~~JBIDE-22237~~): replicas are unchanged

EXEC: hit "Refresh" in the context menu of your deployment
Result:
nothing happens, the resource doesnt seem to get updated.
