Http error 500 with application deployed on remote server

    Description

      When an application/project is deployed on a remote server, opening it using LiveReload results in the following http 500 error:

      Problem accessing /test. Reason:
      java.lang.NoClassDefFoundError: org/eclipse/jetty/util/thread/SpinLock
