Application wizard: no progress bar telling you what's happening, only busy cursor

    Description

      The v3 application wizard is not showing any progress bar like all the other OpenShift wizards do. It only turns the cursor busy. We should show progress to be consistent and informative.

      Steps to reproduce:

      1. EXEC: in Explorer: pick New->Application on a project
      2. EXEC: pick a template (either from disk or from server) and hit "Finish"
      3. ASSERT: have a closer look at the dialog, is there any progress being shown?

      Result:
      The wizard is only turning the cursor to busy, it is not showing any progress bar like all the other OpenShift wizards.
