Steps to Reproduce:

ASSERT: make sure that you have a basic-auth connection to a v3 openshift server listed in OpenShift explorer

EXEC: launch connection wizard

ASSERT: in the combo, you should have your v3 connection listed

EXEC: in the combo: pick the connection

EXEC: watch the authentication details pane

Result:
There's no change in the authentication details pane, username/password are not filled in
