Application wizard: "Basic Cartridge" and "Code Anything" details panes layout breaks as soon as you horizontally resize the dialog

      1. EXEC: launch Application wizard
      2. EXEC: select a "Basic Cartridge" or "Code Anything" (happens for both, doesnt happen for quickstarts)
      3. EXEC: resize the wizard dialog horizontally

      Result:
      The details pane expands to the right further than the visible dialog area. The text is not wrapping any more and is now not fully readable (cut off).
