Embed wizard: Code Anything details background color is white

      1. EXEC: launch application wizard
      2. EXEC: pick a basic quickstart (ex. tomcat7) and switch to page 2
      3. EXEC: Hit "Add..."
      4. EXEC: in the cartridges dialog: select "Code Anything" and look at the details section

      Result:
      The background of the description title is white

      Expected:
      The background should be grey like the rest of the dialog
