Server start button disabled after Eclipse restart

      1. Set up a server
      2. Make sure the Server view is open and in focus
      3. Restart the IDE
      4. After IDE restart, the first server in Server view will be selected, but Start cannot be clicked - FAIL

      Click on another server, click back again and the Start button will be enabled now.

      When you restart Eclipse with the Server View open, right after the IDE start, the first server will be selected, but the Start button cannot be clicked.
