Application wizard: embeddable cartridge is removed from carts that shall be added even though I I hit "cancel"

EXEC: launch application wizard and choose to create a new application EXEC: select some app type (ex. jbossas-7) and hit "Next" EXEC: hit "Add" and in the upcoming dialog pick "phpmyadmin" ASSERT: get suggested that you also need "mysql" EXEC: confirm addition of "mysql" EXEC: back in application wizard: select "mysql" in the list of cartridges and hit "Remove" ASSERT: get warned that "phpmyadmin" should also get removed. EXEC: hit "Cancel" Result: "mysql" gets removed, the list still has "phpmyadmin" Expected result: "mysql" is NOT removed, the list still contains "mysql" and "phpmyadmin"
