Application wizard: env variables I provide have no effect if server does not support env vars on app creation

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have an account on a server that does not support env variables (ex. console.itos.redhat.com)
      2. ASSERT: make sure you have a domain
      3. EXEC: launch application creation wizard, provide settings and environment variables
      4. ASSERT: application creation succeeds
      5. EXEC: in OpenShift Explorer: select your new application and pick "All Environment variables"
      6. EXEC: check if the env vars that you provided at creation time exist

      Result:
      The environment variables that you provided dont exist.

      Expected result:
      I should not get the button to provide environment variables if the server does not support those.
