server adapter wizard: wrong connection selected, not the one chosen in explorer

      1. ASSERT: make sure that you have at least 1 connection with at least 1 application defined in your OpenShift Explorer
      2. EXEC: create another connection
      3. EXEC: choose the 1st connection in OpenShift Explorer, pick Create Server Adapter... in the context menu of the application

      Result:
      In the upcoming server adapter wizard, inspect the connection that's selected in the connection combo: it's not the 1st connection, it's the last connection that you created.

      Expected result:
      The connection that you picked the application from should be selected. Also the application that you picked in the explorer should be preselected in the application combo.
