OpenShift server adapter: Error when trying to look at environment variables

      1. EXEC: Import application on OpenShift (via OpenShift Explorer) - be sure to have 'Create server adapter for easy publishing' checked
      2. EXEC: Open Servers view
      3. EXEC: Right click the newly created OpenShift Server adapter -> OpenShift -> Environment variables...

      Result:
      An error dialog pops up that tells you that the OpenShift application could not be found.
