OpenShift server adapter: show in - web browser does nothing

      • EXEC: Import application on OpenShift (via OpenShift Explorer) - be sure to have 'Create server adapter for easy publishing' checked
      • EXEC: Open Servers view
      • EXEC: Right click the newly created OpenShift Server adapter - Show in - Web Browser
      • REUSLT: Nothing happens, error log is empty.
